For each survey, you can configure multiple advanced options. To do this, go to the study, click on 'Settings' in the left menu, and then click 'Settings' again. Below, you can read about the available advanced research settings.
Retention Period
The retention period allows you to delete (personal) data in ongoing studies. This helps you comply with privacy regulations (such as GDPR) or remove data you no longer need. After the set retention period, research data will be deleted. Learn more about the retention period.
Anonymity
This setting anonymizes the respondent's login details. In the dataset, this field will be displayed as ‘ANONYMOUS’. Learn more about anonymity.
Research Statistics
Would you like to receive updates on the progress of a study? You can configure this under the 'Research Statistics' tab. Learn more about research statistics.
Parameters
You can set parameters to load enrichment variables into the study's URL. Learn more about parameters.
Setting Quotas
You can set quotas for the study. For example: I want to conduct a study with a total of 100 respondents. A maximum of 50 of these respondents may be men. Learn more about setting quotas.
SPSS
You can configure various advanced SPSS options, such as setting a value for missing data. Learn more about SPSS settings.
Other
