You can receive updates on the progress of a study. To do this, go to the study, click on 'Settings' in the left menu, click 'Settings' again, and go to the 'Research Statistics' tab.
- Set the frequency of updates: Choose daily, weekly, or monthly from the dropdown menu.
- Select the language in which you want to receive the update under 'Research Statistics Language'.
- Enter your email address under 'Research Statistics Recipients'.
You will receive an email at the selected frequency containing the study duration, the number of completes, dropouts, and unsubscribes. The email will look like this:
