You can find the user management in the left menu under 'Accounts'. Here, you can set up roles with corresponding permissions. Read more about user management and creating roles. Below, you will find the meaning of each right. In your user management, you will only see the rights applicable to your management environment. Add-ons, such as 'Text-Analysis Survey', are only displayed if you have purchased them.
- Incompletes: If you select this permission, you will see the dropouts from your own research.
- Archive: This gives access to the archive in the left menu. You can only see surveys you have access to.
- Confirmation Messages: Allows you to create confirmation messages.
- Retention Period: Under 'Survey' and 'Settings', you can set a retention period per survey.
- Wide layout RS: Allows placing an NPS question and a 'not applicable' field on the same line in your survey.
- Collaboration: You can invite other users to collaborate on your survey.
- Communication: Lets you access the 'Communication' page where you can create emails, etc.
- Participants: You can import participants per survey.
- Delete Participants: You can remove participants per survey.
- Questionnaire Runtime: In 'Results', you can view the time taken to complete your survey.
- Download Center: You can download raw data.
- Individual Media Manager: f enabled, you only see your own images and those from surveys you collaborate on. If disabled, you see all media from all users in the environment.
- Layout Manager: If enabled, you can create layouts. If disabled, you can only select existing ones.
- Multilingual: Enables multilingual surveys.
- Net Response: Allows viewing the net response of your survey.
- Create Survey: You can create a survey.
- Edit Survey: If enabled, you can edit surveys. If disabled, you can only view them if you have access.
- Delete Survey: You can delete surveys.
- Parameters: You can create parameters in your survey.
- Response Per Day: You see an overview of daily responses in your survey.
- Results and Reports: Allows viewing the results of your survey.
- SAV Files: This right is for SAV files via SPSS. It is advised to disable this for all roles as it can cause performance issues.
- Speech To Text: Allows respondents to record their responses.
- Default Sender Address: Allows setting a default sender address for emails.
- Default Answers: Default text in open questions that respondents can overwrite.
- Templates: Gives access to the Crowdtech Template Library.
- Text-Analysis Survey: Automatic text analysis of open responses.
- Access All Surveys: Allows viewing all surveys in the management environment.
- Access User Management: Allows setting roles and rights, and managing access.
- Unsubscribers and Bouncers: Displays an overview of all unsubscribers and bouncers in the management environment.
- Variables: Use variables to reflect questions, answers, or data enrichment in the survey.
- Manage Questions: Manage and edit questions.
- View Questions: Allows viewing questions in surveys you have access to.
