For administrators logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO), a settings page is available under the ‘Accounts’ menu item, called ‘Default Settings’. Make sure you have a role with the ‘Default Settings’ permission to access this page. Learn more about roles and permissions.
On the settings page, you can define default settings for the entire environment. These will be automatically applied when creating new surveys.
What can you configure?
1. Default layout:
You can set a default layout. This will be automatically selected for each new survey. Learn more about layouts.
2. Default retention periods:
The default retention period is 24 months. You can adjust this default, for example to 3 months. Learn more about retention periods. You can set a default retention period for:

Submitted answers
The default layout and retention period apply only to newly created surveys. Existing surveys remain unchanged.
