Within Crowdtech Survey, you can grant users access to surveys and set up roles with corresponding rights. You can find user management in the left menu under 'Accounts'. Read more about user management and creating roles.
Advice on Roles and Rights
If you, as a user, have a role with the 'Access to User Management' right, you can create roles. It is recommended not to create too many different roles to maintain an overview.
The Default Role
For the default role, we recommend using a role with minimal rights. When users log in for the first time via Single Sign-On (SSO), they are automatically assigned the default role.
The Admin Role
For the admin role, it is recommended to check all rights except for 'SAV Files' so that administrators can perform all possible actions.
The User Role
For the user role, we recommend enabling the rights listed below. This allows users to perform the required actions while preventing unwanted actions. Read more about the meaning of the rights.
