The "Communication" menu consists of the following items:
Email Management
Make an email invitation or reminder email for the survey. It is also possible create a free mail, for example, to send research results to share with the respondents.
Direct Feedback
Direct Feedback is a fast and intuitive way to get involved in a research. You can send the Direct Feedback in an email, newsletter or post it on a website. Usually this option is used to equate the first question of the inquiry to an external one (email, website) location.
Website Overlay
With the Website Overlay you can incorporate a Survey on your own website. Place a button on your website that opens the Survey in the same tab as overlay. This way you can reach your respondents in even more places and, for example, ask for feedback on your website. You need access to your website's HTML code to add the Website Overlay.
Confirmation Messages
You can confirmation messages send to the respondent or to yourself as an administrator of the research.
