A swipe question is a closed question that allows the respondent to answer by swiping can give. Three answer options are possible. These answer options are used with icons displayed. Layout advice
For the swipe question, use a layout that includes the banner and progress bar turned off. You can do this in the layout manager. without these adjustments a respondent will only see the answer options on mobile after there is down scrolled. With these adjustments, the answer options are immediately visible.
Add a swipe question
- Click on 'Questions' and 'Enter' in the menu.
- Choose the swipe question and click 'Select'.
- Enter a 'Question text'.
- Optional: upload an image.
- By default, three answer options are filled in: Left, right and above. You can adjust these texts, the swipe direction is fixed per field and is listed with each answer option.
- Optional: adjust the images per answer option.
- Click on 'Save'.
Image display
You can choose from the following views of the image:
- Original display: The image is not resized.
- Scale down: Reduces the image to its original size or keeps the ratio.
- Fill completely: The image is reduced to fill the given area. If necessary, the image is stretched or condensed to fit.
- Full Width: Keeps the ratio of the image and fills the entire image.
- Keep Ratio: The image keeps its proportions and fills the given dimension. The image is cropped to fit.
Question Options
The swipe question has the following question options:
Condition
click on om to set a condition on the question. Read more about it setting conditions.
Image
click on om add an image to the question. Choose from an existing image from the MediaManager or upload your own image. This is shown as a swipe image.
Block question on return
If the respondent has clicked on 'next', the respondent can submit the answer of these cannot be changed. You can find this option under the 'Tools' tab.
Optional
As a result, the question does not have to be completed. You will find this option under the 'Tools' tab.
Auto next function
The respondent is immediately forwarded to the next question after selection of the answer. This option is enabled by default for this question type so that the respondent does not have to press the next button. You can find this option below the 'Tools' tab.
Answer options
You can use the following options for the answers:
Condition
Put a condition on showing the answer through it icon. Read more about it setting conditions.
Jump
You can refer the respondent to another question. You can get the number here of the question where the respondent can continue. Enter the desired question number in.
Image
You can add an image through the media manager through the icon.
Delete reply
Delete an answer by clicking it -icon to click.
Description
If the respondent clicks on the 'i' of info, an explanation appears to the answer (max. 400 characters). You will find this option behind it -icon.
Label
Fill one label per answer option. You will find this option behind it -icon.
