The rating question can be set from a 2- to a 12-point scale. The points are shown with stars in the theme color of the layout. For example "How many stars would you give our service?"
Are you creating a review question of 7 stars or more? Then the question becomes like circle shown so that it can also be used on mobile. This is also possible for questions less than 7 stars. To do this, select the question option 'Show answers in circle'.

Add an assessment question
- Click on 'Questions' and 'Enter' in the menu.
- Choose the assessment question and click 'Select'.
- Enter a 'Question text'.
- Choose the number of points on the scale (between 2 and 12).
- Optional: if you want to show the text, you can add a description for each answer option fill in (such as 1 star is linked to the text 'Dissatisfied' and 5 stars to "Satisfied").
- Optional: do you also want to give the respondent the option not to respond? Then enter a text (for example 'n.a.') in the outer field. This is a exclusive answer option. At the field 'Buitenveld jump' you can determine which next question are the respondents referred to who clicked 'N/A' have clicked.
- Click on 'Save'.

Image
click on om add an image to the question. Choose from an existing image from the MediaManager or upload your own image.
Media file
Embed a link from a video (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo) or add an MP3 or MP4 file. Maximum size allowed is 30 MB. Add in the alt tag a description of the file for additional recognition by reading software.
Answer options
You can use the following options for the answers:
Block question on return
If the respondent has clicked on 'next', the respondent can submit the answer of these cannot be changed. You can find this option under the 'Tools' tab.
Question on same page previous question
Display this question on the same page as the previous question. You can find this option below the 'Tools' tab.
Count down timer
If you want to let a respondent continue automatically or longer with this one if you want the question to continue, you can use the timer. You can find this option below the 'Tools' tab.
Optional
The question is not mandatory. You can find this option below tab 'Tools'.
Auto next function
The respondent is immediately forwarded to the next question after completing it of the answer. He does not have to press the next button for this. This option can be found under the 'Tools' tab.
Answer options
Display answers in a circle
Are you creating a review question of 7 stars or more? Then you can choose it to show the question as a circle so that it can also be used on mobile.
Show answers
If you have entered answer texts, you can make them visible with this checkmark for the respondent.
Condition
Put a condition on showing the answer through it icon. Read more about it setting conditions.
Jump
You can refer the respondent to another question. You can get the number here of the question where the respondent can continue. Enter the desired question number in.
Image
You can add an image through the media manager through the icon.
Description
If the respondent clicks on the 'i' of info, an explanation appears to the answer (max. 400 characters). You will find this option behind it -icon.
Label
Fill one label per answer option. You will find this option behind it -icon.
