In the menu, go to ‘Participants’ and ‘Participants’. Under statistics, click on ‘Group Management’.
Here you can set up groups that can then be used to:
- Make analyses based on a group by setting a filter. You can also see the group per participant in the result files.
- Send an e-mail to a specific group.
- Base the route of a questionnaire on a group. You must create a variable based on a group.
- Assign a group name per respondent.
If groups are created, the numbers per group are also displayed in a graph.
Create/modify group
Select 'Create new group' and give a name to the group. If a group name needs to be changed, select the group and change the name.
Delete group
Select the group and then click delete. This will automatically disconnect the respondents in the group from the group. Check the delete participants option if the respondents should also be deleted. You can remove participants up to 10 completes along with the group.
Add participant to group
You can assign a respondents to a certain group both at import or afterwards. Select the respondents in the overview and then link them to an existing group.
