The respondent can choose several answers in a sequence (for example, importance). The respondent can answer this question in three ways put things in order:
- Drag
- Double Click
- Enter a number for the desired rank
On this page:
Add a ranking question
- Click on 'Questions' and 'Enter' in the menu.
- Choose the 'Ranking question' and click on 'Select'.
- Enter a 'Question text'.
- Optional: 'Show answers in random order'.
- Choose a minimum and maximum value.
- Fill in the answers.
- Click on 'Save'.
Question Options
Condition
Put a condition on displaying the question via it icon. Read more about it setting conditions.
Image
Click on to add an image to the question. Choose from an existing image from the MediaManager or upload your own image.
Media file
Embed a link from a video (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo) or add an MP3 or MP4 file. Maximum size allowed is 30 MB. Add in the alt tag a description of the file for additional recognition by reading software.
Block question on return
If the respondent has clicked on 'next', the respondent can submit the answer of these cannot be changed. You can find this option under the 'Tools' tab.
Question on same page previous question
Display this question on the same page as the previous question. You can find this option below the 'Tools' tab.
Count down timer
Set the number of seconds after which the respondent can move on to the next question. You can find this option under the 'Tools' tab.
Answer options
Condition
Put a condition on showing the answer through it icon. Read more about it setting conditions.
Jump
You can refer the respondent to another question. You can get the number here of the question where the respondent can continue. Enter the desired question number in.
Image
You can add an image through the media manager through the icon.
Delete reply
Delete an answer by clicking it -icon to click.
Description
If the respondent clicks on the 'i' of info, an explanation appears to the answer (max. 400 characters). You will find this option behind it -icon.
Label
Fill one label per answer option. You will find this option behind it -icon.
Interpret results
Online, an average is displayed per answer. The answer with the lowest average was most often ranked first by the respondents. The answer that has the lowest average after that has finished in second place, and so on.
The resultfile in Excel/SPSS shows two columns per answer. The first column indicates whether this answer was given by the respondent (0 = not given, 1 = given). The second column shows the position where the respondent put the answer.
