In every survey, you can create and send emails to respondents. Learn more about email management. At the bottom of the sent email, the following text is displayed: "Would you like to unsubscribe? Do not send an email to this address, but click here." When respondents click the link, a webpage opens where they can indicate whether they want to unsubscribe from the specific survey or from all surveys.
In addition to this link at the bottom of the email, an extra unsubscribe button is displayed at the top in Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook and Yahoo. This allows respondents to unsubscribe from all surveys and emails from that account with a single click. This makes it easier for respondents to opt out and reduces the likelihood that the email will be marked as spam. You can also find these unsubscribers in the overview.
