Log in to Survey. Do not select a survey, but go to the menu and choose ‘Overviews’ and then ‘Unsubscribers’ or ‘Bouncers’. Here you will find an overview of the unsubscribed email addresses and bouncers.
Other options:
Select a survey and go to the menu ‘Results’ and ‘Response’. Here you can download the bouncers.
You can also go to ‘Communication’ and then ‘Email Management’. Expand the row of a sent email and click ‘Download’. This file contains all email addresses of the respective mailing, showing for each address whether the respondent participated, whether Crowdtech registered the address as a bouncer, and whether the address is an unsubscriber. For each respondent, the reason why an email was returned (bounced) is indicated. The possible reasons are:
Undefined: An unknown or unspecified reason caused the email to be returned
MailboxFull: The recipient’s mailbox is full, preventing the email from being delivered
Bounced: The email was rejected by the receiving email system due to a technical issue
OutOfOffice: The email was returned with an automatic out-of-office message
LeftJob: The recipient no longer works at the company, so the email address is no longer active
DoesNotExist: The specified email address does not exist (e.g. “The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.”)
DMARC: The email was blocked or returned due to a DMARC-related security issue
