You can invite customers in different ways, depending on the access settings of the research.
- Invite them by email from the Survey environment. You can use this option if the survey access is set to "Email addresses only from list ". Find out how to upload the email addresses and how you then send an email.
- Share a link to the study. You can use this option as the entrance of the survey, for example, is set to "No login required" or "Login cookie check". Read more information about sharing this direct link.
