For the single response question, the multi response question and the ranking question you have the option "Show answers in random order". With this function you can rotate the answers. Each respondent is shown a different order of answers. It is also possible to save answers, so they do not rotate with the other answers (eg with "none of the above" and "otherwise, namely").
If you have selected this option, an extra column with answer options will appear 
. To show an answer in the same place, check the box next to this answer option.
