How can I recover my deleted survey?

With the undo functionality, you can restore deleted surveys within 24 hours.

1. Deleting a survey:
   When you delete a survey, it will not be permanently removed immediately.

2. “Deleted” label:
   On the homepage, the deleted survey will be shown with the label ‘Deleted’.

3. Undo within 24 hours:
   When you open the survey, you will see a screen showing:

   • How much time is left before the survey is permanently deleted.

   • An ‘Undo’ button.

Click this button to undo the deletion. The survey will then be fully restored and available again.

4. After 24 hours:
   If no action is taken, the survey will be automatically and permanently deleted. It will no longer be possible to recover it after this period.
