How can I sort columns?

You can easily sort columns in multiple places throughout the platform. By clicking on a column header, you can adjust the order of information in different views according to your own preferences. This makes it easier to quickly find and analyse information.

1. Click on the column header you want to sort by.

2. The table will automatically be reordered based on this column.

3. Click again to switch between ascending and descending order.

Where can you sort?

Sorting functionality has been added to the following sections:

• Back office > Home
  Sort by: Research, Status, Start date, End date, Created by, Label

• Settings > Retention period
  Sort by: Column name, Question text

• Multilingual
  Sort by: Language, Code

• Email management
  Sort by: Send date, Subject, Identifier, Layout, Mail type, Status, Failed

• Confirmation emails
  Sort by: Date, Subject, To, Layout, Status, Active for survey

• Results > Response > Net participants
  Sort by: Participants, Number of participants, Percentage

• Results > Response > Net response
  Sort by: Survey response, Number of responses, Percentage

• Results > Duration and dropouts
  Sort by: Question, Survey question, Question completion time, Dropouts per question
