Left menu
The left-hand menu has been redesigned to provide more workspace within the platform. By default, the menu is displayed in a compact view, showing only the icons of the different menu items. This leaves more room to work efficiently within the platform.
Would you like to see the names of the menu items? You can easily expand the menu. Alternatively, you can hover your mouse over an icon. A tooltip will appear showing the name of the menu item and its associated options, allowing you to navigate quickly without expanding the menu.
Main menu
The main menu consists of the following sections:
Management
Within Management, you can manage the general components of the platform, such as creating surveys, templates, the Layout Manager, and the Media Manager.
- Home – Go to the platform's home page.
- Create Survey – Create a new survey.
- Templates – Manage and use survey templates.
- Layout Manager – Manage the appearance and styling of your surveys.
- Media Manager – Upload and manage images, videos, and other media files.
- Updates – View the latest product updates.
Download Center
The Download Center allows you to import, export, and download data.
- Download Center – Download survey results.
- Tables – Create and download reports.
- Import Surveys – Import previously exported surveys.
- Export/Import Texts – Export or import survey texts.
Overviews
Within Overviews, you can find lists of participants who have unsubscribed or whose emails could not be delivered.
- Unsubscribers – View participants who have unsubscribed.
- Bouncers – View email addresses for which delivery has failed.

When you open or create a survey, additional menu items become available.
Survey
Manage the general settings of your survey.

Questions
Manage the complete questionnaire.

- Standard Answers – Manage standard answer options.

Participants
Manage the participants of the survey.

Download Center
Within an open survey, you can also use the Download Center.

Results
Analyse the collected survey data.
