Trouble seeing a button or part of a page in Safari on your iPhone?
1. Rotate your phone
- Hold your phone upright (portrait), then turn it sideways (landscape).
- Sometimes this makes the page reload and shows buttons that were hidden.
2. Zoom out in Safari
- Put two fingers on the screen and move them closer together (like you're shrinking a photo).
- This might help you see parts of the page that are off-screen.
3. Request the desktop version of the website
- Tap the aA icon at the top of Safari (left side of the address bar).
- Choose “Request Desktop Website.”
- This might load a different version of the site where the button is visible.
4. Clear Safari’s history and website data
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm if asked.
- Restart your phone afterward.
5. Try a different internet browser
- Download Google Chrome or Firefox from the App Store.
- Open the website in one of those apps to see if it works better.
6. Check for iPhone or Safari updates
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- If there’s an update available, install it.
- Apple often fixes these issues in later updates.
