Trouble seeing a button or part of a page in Safari on your iPhone?

1. Rotate your phone

• Hold your phone upright (portrait), then turn it sideways (landscape).
• Sometimes this makes the page reload and shows buttons that were hidden.

2. Zoom out in Safari

• Put two fingers on the screen and move them closer together (like you're shrinking a photo).
• This might help you see parts of the page that are off-screen.

3. Request the desktop version of the website

• Tap the aA icon at the top of Safari (left side of the address bar).
• Choose “Request Desktop Website.”
• This might load a different version of the site where the button is visible.

4. Clear Safari’s history and website data

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Scroll down and tap Safari.
• Tap Clear History and Website Data.
• Confirm if asked.
• Restart your phone afterward.

5. Try a different internet browser

• Download Google Chrome or Firefox from the App Store.
• Open the website in one of those apps to see if it works better.

6. Check for iPhone or Safari updates

• Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
• If there’s an update available, install it.
• Apple often fixes these issues in later updates.
