Do you have the survey access set to "Email addresses from list only"? Then you can create automatic invitations and activate other emails.
Set up automatic email
- In the menu go to "Participants" and "Import". Import a CSV file here that contains at least the columns with the respondent's email address and a send date.
- When importing select the email address for login1 and the send date for login2.
- Create an email. Select "automatic email" at the bottom of the email and select the date column Make sure to check the date format. For example, you can choose DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY. The system will not email if you selected the incorrect date format (be aware of the amount of Y's).
The invitation to the survey is automatically sent as the respondent is newly loaded on the date that is imported. You can also set up a reminder email. If the respondent does not complete the survey within the indicated time period (drop-outs and incompletes) he automatically receive an e-mail.
Send automatic invitation multiple times
Do you want to allow respondents to participate in a survey several times? For instance during an NPS measurement or an ongoing survey after customer contact?
You can then have respondents with the same email address participate multiple times, as long as the shipping date differs. The user becomes unique in this way. Each time a new data enrichment file is uploaded, the respondent can participate again.
It is also useful to use different sending dates if you want e-mails spread over several batches. For example, do you want to import 5000 respondents? Then you can send the invitations over several days spread by using different send dates.
How do you automatically load the respondents?
