Did you create an email with the editor but has it not yet been sent? This can have several causes:
Status 'in progress'
The status of new emails is set to "in progress" by default. The email will be only sent if status is "Final".
Send date
Do you use the automatic mailing function ? Then check whether the date format of the sending column matches the date format that you have loaded.
