Conduct your survey entirely as a chat conversation with Conversational Survey. With this technique, a respondent's typed answers are automatically matched to a pre-programmed answer in Conversational Survey. If there is not a complete match between the answers, Conversational Survey asks if the answer is well understood. The respondent can then confirm this or make another suggestion from the list of pre-programmed answers if not. This way, the correct answer is selected.
Getting started with Conversational Survey
- Create a new survey in Conversational Survey. To do so, go to ‘Manage’ and ‘Conversational Survey’ in the menu. Go through the same steps as when creating a regular survey. See more information about creating a survey.
- Add the desired question types. The following question types are available:
- Single-response
- Open question (large)
- Intermediate page
- External redirect
- Camera question
3. Create a layout in the layout manager. Optional: upload an avatar. This image will be displayed as a profile picture with your posts.
4. Share the survey via ‘Communication’. For example, you can share the survey via WhatsApp, email, the QR code, and Direct Feedback. All links are automatically redirected to the survey in Conversational Survey.
5. Analyze your results. You can also download the results in the Download Center. Check out the options for analyzing your results.
