Using Conversational Survey
Conduct your survey entirely as a chat conversation with Conversational Survey. With this technique, a respondent's typed answers are automatically matched to a pre-programmed answer in Conversational Survey. If there is not a complete match between the answers, Conversational Survey asks if the answer is well understood. This way, the correct answer is selected.
