Go to 'Results' and 'Results' in the menu. Go to the hotspot question. On the left side of the results screen you will see the image of the hotspot question. On the right side you will see all the answers given, the download button and the statistics. Below the download button you will see a table with the statistics for the 'type', the 'number' of answers given and the 'percentage'.
Analysis per answer
Would you like to view the results per answer? Then select a text cloud in the image. You will see the text of the selected answer on the right. You can also scroll through the answers given and select a specific answer text. The corresponding text bubble lights up, and unselected text bubbles turn gray.
Analysis of an area
Do you want to focus on a specific part of the image? Select the part of the image you want to see the data for. Click the 'Download Answers' button to download the file. The answers are shown in an Excel file.
