As the survey access is set to "Only email address from list" you can send emails to the respondents send. TThere are three types of emails you can send:
- An invitation: sent to all respondents who did not participate to the investigation. Completes do not receive this email.
- A reminder: sent to all respondents who dropped out or have not yet participated in the study.
- A free email: you can send this email to all respondents (completes and / or incompletes). The unique link to the survey does not need to be added to this email. For example, you can use it to get results to share with the respondents.
Additionally, you can use a confirmation email. This can be sent to respondents provided you have their email address, for example by setting the survey access to “Email address from list only” or “Participant enters email address themselves”, or by requesting the email address in the questionnaire.
Create an email
In the menu, go to “Communication” and click “Create new email” or “Create new confirmation email”. There are two ways to create an email:
- Basic: This is the fastest and most user-friendly way to create an email. Simply drag standard content blocks into the email editor and easily adjust text and images.
-
Advanced: You can add your own header image and header color. You can also insert your own HTML code via the source code functionality
. This requires specialist knowledge of HTML and is more error-prone than the option above. Crowdtech does not provide support for formatting HTML messages.
