Do you want the links with which respondents can participate in the survey from Send Outlook? Then follow the next steps:
- Go to "Research" and "Research". Set the access of the study on "Email addresses from list".
- Import the participants. Go to in the menu to "Participants" and "import".
- Download the login links in the Download Center.
This CSV file contains the email address and a unique link to the study of each respondent.
There are two columns with a link to the survey: Column “C” contains the link to the research with start page, in column “D” the link without start page.

Send quickly via mailing lists
- Open a new Word document and select "Mailings" from the Menu.
- Choose 'Select addresses', choose 'Use existing list'.
- Choose the downloaded file with login links and insert all details.
- Now type the free text of the invitation and add the desired merge fields, except the field with the hyperlink, by means of the button: 'Insert merge fields' in the desired place.
- In the Word file, go to the Menu and select "Insert", go to "Quick Parts Explore ", select" Field "and choose the" Hyperlink "field from the list.
- Then click on key combination ALT-F9.
- The following message appears {HYPERLINK \ * MERGEFORMAT. Now click to the left of the forward slash "\ *" and add the merge field containing the link to the survey state.
Example: {HYPERLINK {MERGEFIELD “MERGEFIELD NAME”} \ * MERGEFORMAT}
- Press ALT-F9, it says: Error! The hyperlink reference is invalid.
- Select this entire text and type the replacement text there, for example: Click here to participate in the study.
- Format the text for the hyperlink: text color blue and text underlined.
- Finally, click "Finish and Merge", select "Email".
- Indicate in which field the respondent's email address is, enter the "Subject" of the email. Leave HTML. Click OK.
Anyone in the mailing list is sent from personal Outlook account sent an email with a separate link for each participant to the research.
