Score the answers and questions of your questionnaire, and provide targeted advice to respondents with Survey Scoring.
Setting up scoring
- Create a questionnaire and add all required questions and answer options.
- In the menu, go to ‘Survey’ and ‘Scoring’.
- Fill in the desired scores per question and answer.
- Optional: You can tick the matching questions for each category.
- Create the required opinions. Fill in a ‘Title’ and ‘Advice’ here. The ‘Advice’ you enter here can be reflected in the confirmation message or at the end of the questionnaire with variables.
- Link the advice to ‘Scores’. You can use a minimum - maximum range for this. Under ‘Size’, choose ‘Total’ or ‘Category’. The total score is always the maximum possible score of the entire questionnaire. You can divide this minimum and maximum score over several advices. Categories are based on the maximum score of that category.
- Save Scoring.
