With the unpublish button you can temporarily take a research offline. As soon the research is unpublished you can add questions, adjust the order or delete questions.
Add or remove questions in current surveys
- Open the survey you want to edit. Go to 'Research' in the menu and 'Research'.
- Click 'Unpublish'. You will receive a notification in which you can see how many respondents answered a question in the last hour. That way you can do it yourself ensure that you hinder as few respondents as possible during the adjustment of the research.
- You can now edit the questionnaire. You can add questions, in order change and delete questions.
- Are you done with your changes? Go back to 'Research' in the menu and 'Research' and click 'Publish.
Display for Respondents
Respondents who are still working on the survey will be flagged at the time of publication. When they approach the research during the depublication, they see the following notification:
This survey is temporarily unavailable. The research is being modified and it may take a while before it is available again. Try participating in research again later using the link below.
Once the survey has been republished, respondents can participate again. As soon as they participate again, previously given answers will be deleted.
Results
Respondents who have already completed the survey (completes) will see added later don't ask. In the results files you will see -99 for this. See more information about the meanings of values in the result files.
