In the menu go to "Results" and "Net response". Here you will find an overview of the response to the survey.
Net number of participants
The net number of participants in the survey is calculated as follows: subtract the number of respondents that were loaded into a survey (gross number of participants) by the number of respondents that were not reached (the bouncers).
Net number of participants
= gross number of participants - (soft bouncers + hard bouncers)
Hard bouncer: The e-mail is bounced back to the sender because the e-mail address is invalid. Email addresses identified as hard bouncers will not be invited for new surveys for three months. If you write to e-mail addresses that don't exist too often, e-mail providers can mark your e-mail as spam.
Soft bouncer: Soft bounce e-mail is recognized by the receiving mail server, but is returned to the sender. The cause of this may vary: the recipient's inbox may be full, an out-of-office message may be set, the mail server may be temporarily unavailable, or the recipient may no longer have an email account on that address.
Netto respons
To calculate the net response, we look at the number of respondents who have completed the survey in relation to the net number of participants.
% Net respons = (Total Completes / Net number of participants) * 100
You can find the net response percentage behind "Completes".
